"I had State Farm for 16 years, with this office for 12 or so. I had a good driving history and no accidents in a long time. I swerved to avoid a drunk driver on a one way street and had someone hit and run my car in a parking lot. They felt it appropriate to increase my rates almost double for two accidents that weren’t my fault. One of which they marked incorrectly in their system and can’t “fix” so I got stuck with higher rates because of their mistake. Lesson here is to just let other drivers hit you, even if they are drunk and driving the wrong way down a one way street because State Farm will mark it as your fault that you did what was safest for you to avoid injury. Absolutely disgusted with State Farm and how they treat long time customers. They canceled both my renters and car when I got rid of my car, when I wanted to keep my renters and again their mistake they can’t “fix” so my renters went way up to. Canceled that policy and went elsewhere because the customer service is horrible for people, no first accident forgiveness, no ability to fix their mistakes and now they want to charge a late fee if your autodraft misses, one day or 10 doesn’t matter, even though you pay in advance for the next month, which is what they do to secure autopay to begin with when you set up your policy. Make it make sense, it doesn’t at all. Increasing rates on people suffering financially post COVID because they are greedy and want more money. They will blame it on corporate office, when they made the mistakes in their office and then won’t correct it. Blame increases on inflation but big corporations are the ones under paying and have record profits, they are just creating ways to charge you more. One star is GENEROUS after the way they treat customers they have had since 2008. Go somewhere else, anywhere else."

"After years of having Progressive and just accessing my account online with no personal customer service, it's been SO nice to work with the Mike Dailey State Farm team for the past year or so. It's hard to come by a service that you're able to get someone directly on the other line who you can feel is smiling on the other end, but not here! Mike, Nick and the rest of his staff are some of the friendliest people to work with and they provide excellent customer service. My most recent experience with Mike was to file a claim for a windshield repair. On top of helping me fill out the form and sharing all of my options with me, it was an all around great conversation.
